If you have a prospective tenant you’d like screened, FidelisAM makes it simple for anybody to use in 3 easy steps:

1. Log-in and select the package you’d prefer
2. Enter in the applicant’s details (full name, SSN, D.O.B., etc.)
3. Make your payment and receive your report back once completed

It’s that simple! Reports are returned back within 1-hour if it’s ordered during our business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-7pm EST). If you order at night after hours expect a notification the next morning waiting in your inbox, and if you order on the weekend expect it first thing Monday morning.

Why a 1-hour turnaround? Our reports are hand compiled and completed by FCRA Certified Background Investigators staffed here in our office. We don’t just punch in data and return a report, we pour over the results looking for discrepancies and make sure everything is legally reportable keeping you, the landlords, in 100% compliance.
